There is no excuse and every reason to add this powerful beverage to your daily regimen.  One of my favorites is Organic India tea. In their large selections of teas, they blend Tulsi (holy basil), known as the “queen of herbs” in the large variety of teas.  Tulsi boosts immunity, relieves stress and cortisol levels, promotes metabolism and can raise your stamina levels, lowers inflammation and cholesterol, supports the liver, lungs, heart, and can regulate blood sugar and so much more!
